Remember, remember, the fifth of November, gunpowder, treason and plot - not one to miss out on tradition and the key here is plot, lots of plotting of data with Mapsimise.

Well today we have another update that I wanted to share, the technology that we are building is hugely important, but so is marketing strategy.  I hope Mapsimise will be like your favourite firework blazing into the sky, but to help you we have opted or opted out of buzz words and acronyms with all our content being focused on helping to solve customer and business problems.

Ok, let’s take a look at what is happening this month as now we have completed that major milestone, I mentioned last month. The gloves are off, and the software development cycles are fully documented, and we are heading at full steam ahead to April 30th, 2019, for the next internal release.

April may seem a long time off but there is a lot to do, as once we get there, we will be heading into our Microsoft Azure cloud roll out and implementation of our Alpha build.

I’ve mentioned before that I have spent 21 years of my career in technology and some days are not always fun, but since starting and being involved with the Mapsimise project, the time has not only flown by but working with our team has been an illumination and rewarding experience.

Now 11 months into development with only 8 more months until we start onboarding the early adopters, it all feels very real, like a race car at full speed as we push our knowledge and ideas around geospatial functions for businesses to use.

Next month I will be bringing more updates of our Mapsimise journey and we will then be getting ready for a well-deserved break.

Bio – Alistair Dickinson CEO Mapsimise

After 21 years helping organisations with technology, I’ve seen and worked on many projects. As CEO of Mapsimise I’m still very hands on working with all team members and not sat in an office making spreadsheets and crunching numbers.  I’m happy to work on the support desk, take calls and discuss how our tools and technology can help businesses like yours.  You can find me on Linkedin, Twitter or email me directly.  I’m very jeans and t-shirts and still wear Nike Air trainers to the office which I’m told is cool…
